Overall Body Fat

Brown Fat
Brown fat also known as “good fat”. It helps burn calories and is found in lower neck, collarbone and along the spine. Brown fat produces heat to help maintain your body temperature in cold conditions. Brown fat contains many more mitochondria than does fat . These mitochondria are the “engines” in brown fat that burn calories to produce heat.

Belly fat
Belly fat is often visceral fat, which is why it is associated with disease risk. Internal organs are the fat that surrounds the body’s organs. Excessive skinning increases the risk of heart disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, storks, type 2 diabetes, asthma, breast cancer, colon cancer and dementia.

Hips and thighs fat
